That’s exactly what is going on inside my head. 5 years, thousands of hours put into this beast. I’m so thankful that it’s finally emerging. It’s a bit like giving birth except the contractions are way less intense and…I’ll stop there.

I hope you’ll buy a copy of the album, listen to it, listen again, listen again and then tell your friends about it.

Sure, we will probably get flack from people saying we’re not ‘trance’ and ‘why is there a rock song on the album?’ and to those people we will say this: We followed our dreams. We hope you follow yours, too.

I hope you guys are having a wonderful Thursday! Or early Friday morning. I’m posting quite late today. Long day in the studio demoing some fabulous new material for other artists, running after my 1 1/2 year old, and planning my new upcoming album (s). Another folk one on the horizon, and another dance album, though this time it will be solo.

So, today I present to you this little video clip about ‘Circles’ from our upcoming album ‘Give Me A Sound’. I’m quite in love with this song even though it’s not terribly ‘hooky’. It’s moody and what I call ‘great for driving/getting my busy work done’.

Just wanted to share some more exciting news! I co-wrote the track ‘Hurry Up’ with Elleah and Marcus Schossow and I’m proud to announce it’s debut.

I don’t have details on a release date yet. You’ll have to follow Marcus Schossow and Elleah for updates. But anyhow, this year is going to be crazy for releases.

So the other day I was walking with a good friend of mine (that’s the way I exercise) and she told me about a podcast she’d recently listened to about astronauts and what changes for them, in terms of their perceptions about life, upon their return from outer space. One of the astronauts mentioned that when you saw the entire world rotate in the matter of 90 minutes, the idea of borders (countries, states, etc.) seems ridiculous. In fact, aren’t we all neighbors on this planet? Don’t our gripes about religion, money and all-that-other-stuff seem petty? From up there it certainly did. I don’t know where this post is going. There’s no point to it, really. I just thought I’d share something that has been making me think pretty hard since I heard it.

Kinda like music, I guess. Borders? Where?
